Welcome to JustnCasse Community Enrollment Center

JustnCasse was founded in 2016 by Robin Tolliver in Charlotte, NC to bridge the gap between underserved individuals and financial education. 

We will address issues of financial education by acting as an enrollment center for financial education, HUD counseling, first time home buyers and affordable healthcare. We also focus on community outreach needs including the making of distribution to organizations that qualify as exempt under Sections 501(c)(3) and 170(c)(2) of the internal Revenue code of 1986 (herein the code) (or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Code).
